Mice were administered a NADH precursor, and it reversed physical ageing. Think of a 60 year old taking the drug and his body will be like 20 again (well, not toally because of aged proteins in the face, skin folds, etc. but functional 20 year old :D )

I haven't found out yet whether feeding it would be sufficient (such a small moleczule should be absorbed through the intestine, right?)  or if you have to inject it into one's blood stream.
I remember seeing NADH pills in the drug store some time ago, and thought "what is it good for? body building?"
