Technical Lead Support
Sunnyvale, CA

6+ Months


Role details:
Experience in client or customer support with demonstrated problem resolution skills; call center experience is a plus.
· Excellent communications skills (verbal and written).
· Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
· Ability to coordinate and work in an onsite/offshore model. Team Lead level preferred.
· Work in shift if required.
· Ability to learn the functionality of custom dashboard tool. Some level of functional background will be a plus.
